In November 2025, Tesla is continuing to expand its Supercharger network in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with a brand-new 24-stall V4 Supercharger now under construction in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Located at RioCan Elgin Mills Crossing Shopping Centre, near Elgin Mills Road East and Highway 404, this upcoming Supercharger first appeared on Tesla’s official map as “In Development” in late 2024. Recent updates now confirm that construction is well underway.
According to city planning documents and photos shared by local Tesla owners, the final site will include 24 charging stalls using Tesla’s latest V4 prefabricated Supercharger units (PSUs). These advanced PSUs are pre-assembled and pre-wired before delivery, allowing Tesla to deploy new stations much faster compared to traditional site-by-site builds.
