These updates have already expanded to Canada and are now visible in the Tesla mobile app for Canadian users, showing the business or point of interest where the Supercharger is located — an especially useful feature for Used Tesla Model 3 and Used Tesla Model Y owners planning longer trips or daily commutes.
According to Tesla Charging’s official X (Twitter) account, the full rollout will occur “in the coming weeks.” The company confirmed that the new system will also appear in the Trip Planner view, allowing drivers to plan routes and stops more efficiently — a key advantage for used Tesla owners navigating Ontario’s major highways between Toronto, Mississauga, and beyond.
While this change might seem minor, it represents another important step in Tesla’s continued effort to enhance the world’s most comprehensive fast-charging network. By including exact street and city details, Tesla aims to reduce confusion in regions with multiple Superchargers close together — something used Tesla drivers in Ontario will particularly appreciate.
This upgrade is especially valuable for urban Supercharger sites, where multiple stations might exist within the same neighborhood, such as at different shopping plazas or highway rest stops.
